The information contained within this Data is provided on an "as-is" basis. The data, including but not limited to nutritional information, is subject to inherent limitations. No warranty or representation is made as to the accuracy or completeness of the data contained herein.
NutriKaki PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (Monthly or Yearly). By subscribing, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partially used billing periods.
Web (Stripe): Subscriptions purchased through the NutriKaki website are processed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the 'Manage Subscription' portal in your account profile at app.nutrikaki.com.
Apple App Store (iOS): Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed and managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Simply Yours LLP has no access to your Apple billing details and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases — refund requests must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play Store (Android): Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are billed and managed by Google. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play app under Subscriptions. Simply Yours LLP has no access to your Google billing details and cannot issue refunds for Google Play purchases — refund requests must be made directly to Google at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
